Crystals Cheer Coaches

Cheerleading has become a popular recreational activity amongst young and teenage girls and guys. The Palace Crystals have the expertise to bring cheerleading to your school or club. We have a Cheer Technique qualified team of Crystals Cheer Coaches who have already presented workshops in other schools and youth clubs. The Cheer Technique qualification is recognised by both the British Cheerleading Association and the International Dance Teachers Association. Two cheer coaches present each workshop. Each session can include warm-ups, stretching and strengthening exercises, cheers, chants, dances, jumps and beginners stunting. Stunting sessions will require available mats. Cheerleading is about enthusiasm and positive thinking. It is a high-energy physical activity and is enjoyed equally by young children and young adults. Cheerleaders work together in teams and develop commitment, discipline, confidence, and a sense of pride in one's acchievements. We also offer assistance in coordinating teacher training and can recommend uniform and pom suppliers. Currently: Six of the Palace Crystals are coaching at Beddington Infants, Hackbridge Primary and Chessington Community College.
