The Crystals are among the few elite cheerleading teams in the country who are experience in transition stunts. The phrase refers to a flyer transferring from 1 set of bases to another. As seen in the photo, 2 flyers are travelling backwards displaying a high degree of trust and courage! The Palace Crystals are the only team who have performed the Tri-Fly in the UK, where 3 flyers are tossed in the air simultaneously. Each base throws 1 flyer and catches another a split second later!
