* CPFC * CPFC Palace Crystals

The Palace Crystals recently underwent four days of intensive cheerleading training, learning new skills, fitness drills and choreography. Photos have been taken for a feature in an American cheerleading industry magazine, portraying a difficult stunt and pyramid sequence. The Crystals were challeneged and delighted to successfully complete this unique series. It was a pleasure to be presented with their new CPFC tracksuits just in time for these exclusive photos! Our gratitude to CPFC for the kit and to Ford and Sons for their support. In addition, thanks to the London Borough of Sutton for your support of the Leadership and Elite Skills training programme.
